SEPTEMBER 08 - STOKESLEY SHOW Mon 29/09/2008 Stokesley Show enjoyed a beautiful sunny autumnal day and being the busiest we have seen the show for a few years. As expected, farmers were few in numbers as of course they were all still harvesting and trying to salvage what they could of the wet crops. We had a lot of local people on our stand keen to support the Yorkshire Air Ambulance (YAA)to guess the number of balloons in the Valtra cab - £260 was raised and the lucky winners were 3 1/2 year old twin girls Olivia and Ruth Fletcher from Yarm who won a Valtra Pedal Tractor and model toy tractor. Thank you for your support and we hope to see you next year at the Show. |
