Masks are now compulsory in all shops in England so please wear one if you are coming in to our store.

Please be aware that BRM staff do not need to wear them however all customers do.

Parts can still be left outside in the gazebo, so if you prefer not to wear one please just call ahead.

Updated 16/06/2020

BRM are pleased to announce that after 12 long weeks, our doors are open once again!

Now that the government has reduced restrictions, we’ll try to return to some sort of normality.

We have, of course introduced measures to follow the government guidelines.

Therefore, we need everyone entering our showroom to please follow these rules.

Hand sanitisers are available at the entrance, so make sure you use them on entering and leaving the building.

We have 2m social distancing in place so please use the signs on the floor for guidance.

We ask all customers to only handle items in the showroom if you intend to buy. This will reduce the need for cleaning or quarantining stock.

Parts can still be collected from the Gazebo if you prefer. Please call ahead to let us know what you need and we’ll make sure it’s ready for you when you arrive.

The workshop remains closed to all customers, however Sprayer, Fertilizer spreader and LOLER testing have now resumed, as well as Non-Essential Servicing. Please call our service department to arrange.

brm parts drop off

As the government has now increased restrictions on the country, we have taken further action to protect customers and staff from infection.

Whilst we remain open for business, our doors are now closed to reduce customer contact.

As before, please call ahead (01325 378552) with any spare parts requirements.

We will now pick and pack all orders and leave them in our designated pick-up/drop off point at the side of the main building.

Updated 21/03/2020

With the ongoing and ever evolving international emergency gripping the country, BRM will do all we can keep our services available to you where possible. We are closely following government guidelines for the Coronavirus and trying to protect both our staff and our customers.

.

Parts

We are therefore asking customers requiring parts to call our parts department in advance. We can then determine if we have the parts in stock or would need to place an order for you. If in stock we can have them picked and ready for collection. This will avoid unnecessary visits and minimise the social interaction between staff and customers. Please keep a safe distance from others and remain in the showroom area on your visits. Do not enter the stores area or parts office. Hand washing facilities are available so please use as required.

.

Sales

The BRM sales team will no longer be calling onto farms in person and will work from home or our office for the foreseeable future. Please call or email them with any enquiries.

.

Service

Our technicians are still working but we’re trying to keep contact with them to a minimum. We will try to keep farm visits to essential ones and ask customers to bring machinery to us for repair where possible. Please call us when your problem arises to discuss how to proceed. We also ask that you do not enter the workshop without express permission from the service manager.

.

Please bear in mind that because we remain open to the public, it would be advisable to avoid coming here if you are aged over 70, have an underlying health condition or are pregnant.

.

Although our suppliers are doing their best to keep parts coming the situation is becoming ever more difficult and we can expect some delays. Please be patient. If we all work together, we’ll get through this difficult time with the minimum disruption and keep doing our bit to help production of food for the nation.
