We at BRM are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the ‘Gold Standard’ from Merlo UK. We’re now one of a small group of UK dealers who can boast that we have reached this standard, so we’re very proud of our achievement. This standard is reached by surpassing a number of criteria across the different departments.
- Our Parts Department must maintain an extensive range of service and Merlo repair parts at all times.
- Our Service Department must be fully trained and stocked with all special tools that may be required to diagnose and repair your Merlo machine and get you back up and running as quickly as possible.
- When required, we must supply demonstration machines quickly, and the sales team must have full and extensive knowledge of each Merlo machine, to help advise best upon which Merlo model is right for you, depending on your requirements and circumstances.
- Merlo’s high standards must also be met by our facilities, vans and signage, to ensure that we offer an impeccable level of sales and aftersales service across our entire business.
This standard must be achieved annually, to ensure that our high level of service to the Merlo product is never-faltering and is maintained year on year. This is something that we are only too happy to do, as it gives our customers confidence in BRM and the services we provide to you. We continue to strive to be the best dealership we can be and really appreciate when this hard work is acknowledged by our suppliers. We’re very proud of BRM’s latest achievement.
