JF-Stoll was the original manufacturer of VM diet feeders before the company was acquired by farm tools and equipment giant Kongskilde , which opened in 1959 Denmark. This heritage is testament to the outstanding efficiency of these incredible diet feeders that BRM is proud to represent.
Kongskilde ’s VM diet feeders appeal to numerous dairy farmers for their striking functionality. This starts with the use of high-strength steel in the auger windings, making these extremely rare when compared to cheaply made feeders. The other benefits include quicker mixing, gentle mixing, effective shredding, low power consumption and resistance to wear.
VM-1
The VM-1 diet mixer range is the perfect entry point for farmers responsible for feeding from 55 to 100 dairy cows each day. The sharp single auger can easily shred bales of all types before seamlessly mixing the fodder with other feeds you wish to include. Your herd can then feed directly from a discharge door.
VM-2
Kongskilde produces the VM-2 range for farmers who need to feed anywhere from 115 to 220 dairy cows on a daily basis, with the exact volume will depend on the type of VM-2 diet feeder. These feeders are outfitted with a twin-auger that can be adjusted based on the desired discharge capacity, with one to five doors available.
VM-3
At the top end of the range are the colossal VM-3 models with their triple-auger mechanism. These also provide one to five discharge doors, but they can deliver much higher capacity compared to the VM-2. Larger-scale dairy farmers can acquire VM-3 diet mixers with the daily ability to feed herds of 170 to 350 cows.
